WHAT HAPPENS AT THE CLINIC?
You will be assessed and managed by a GP and will be given advice and a management plan. You will be referred back to your regular GP for ongoing management thereafter.
Our clinic has no waiting room, so there is minimal interaction with any other patients.
HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Attendance is by appointment only. Walk in patients will not be seen and will be unable to attend the facility.
For Symptomatic Patients
Patients requiring a COVID-19 test and respiratory assessment can book online using the button below. For patients who take multiple regular medications, please bring in a list of these medications to help facilitate the assessment.
For COVID-19 Positive Patients : 1-14 days from first positive result
COVID-19 positive patients care can be facilitated for assessment of acute soft tissue injury, abdominal pain, acute health conditions, paediatric assessment and upper respiratory complaints.
Covid positive patients are not required to have a referral from a medical professional to use our service, however, our triage process requires a Health Summary (attainable from your regular GP clinic). To book, please email your name, date of birth, address, and Medicare number, along with Patient Health Summary and proof of COVID-19 diagnosis to [email protected]. Your request will be followed up with a phone call from one of our staff.
